Design & Development Process
As Wendy’s construction manager, we work on a variety of tasks to complete the entire project. It begins with the reVISION Group managing the site, façade, landscape and signage design to meet local requirements. As the design phase progresses we generate both the preliminary budget and scopes of work for all vendors and suppliers. At the end of the design phase, our construction managers are responsible for locking in the final budget, issuing purchase orders, contract management, and permitting.
During construction, the reVISION Group performs periodic site visits to confirm progress and adherence to specifications. We also act as the singular point of contact for all development related issues for assigned projects. At the end of the project, we perform a punch walk, verify completion of all tasks, close out paperwork and turn the store over to the operating team.

By utilizing the reVISION Group as construction manager on 18 to 20 projects a year, Wendy’s operators across the United States have been able to focus on operations and strategic growth while allowing the reVISION team to execute development.
