History

The reVISION Group, founded in 2008 and headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, is a national construction management firm. With a clear understanding of what drives success, we offer a full range of on-demand, customizable, and scalable development services in the retail, quick service, fast casual, and fine dining restaurants.

We specialize in creating processes, building teams, and managing development operations across a wide geography to achieve results for our clients and partners. Our Team

Harrell Queen

Harrell has been managing development in the restaurant and retail industries since 2005. He has extensive experience in commercial interior fit-ups, building renovations and ground up construction. Prior to forming the reVISION Group, Harrell served as a construction project manager for Wendy’s where he managed development and reinvestment for both corporate and franchised units in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Illinois. 

Additionally, Harrell spent eight years with NCR managing service deployment for global customers. Harrell’s twenty years of project management experience includes over $1 billion in construction revenue throughout the United States. He is a graduate of Elon University in Elon, North Carolina.

As principal of the reVISION Group, Harrell is responsible for the day-to-day direction of the organization, as well as building development programs for clients. He works closely with clients, contractors, and designers to understand their specific needs and build appropriate teams. This ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Kyle Crouthamel

Kyle is a Construction Consulting Manager specializing in remodel, update, and post construction evaluations for national quick service brands. His work focuses on coordinating site visits with franchisees, conducting detailed on-site surveys, and verifying that building conditions, industry equipment, and finishes meet brand standards. He confirms that completed remodels align with approved scopes, design intent, and operational requirements. With a strong emphasis on compliance, consistency, and quality control, he will ensure that every location delivers a uniform brand experience while meeting both functional and aesthetic expectations.

Prior to joining reVISION, Kyle spent seven years with IQVIA, primarily responsible for proposal management, project management, and leading cross-functional initiatives in a client-facing role. In this role, he built a strong foundation for structured execution and customer engagement. He is based out of Raleigh, North Carolina and is a graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. 

Robert Skinner

Bob has been active in developing quick service restaurants for over thirty years – twenty-five of which has been at a regional or national level. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and has a BS in Industrial Engineering. Bob’s career has included experience with Wendy’s, Arby’s and Checkers. In these roles, Bob supported both franchised and corporate locations nationwide.

As Regional Director of Construction at the Wendy’s Company he developed or reimaged over 1,200 stores throughout eight major markets in the southeastern United States. Bob also has vast knowledge of the due diligence process, oversight of contractor selection and contract administration.

At the reVISION Group, Bob leads all pre-construction services, which includes budgeting, design permitting and bid solicitations. His experience is key to navigating complex municipal requirements and preparing projects for ground-breaking. Bob also works closely with our industry partners ensuring that the proper vendors and contractors are available and appropriate for each project.
