COORDINATION
Plan for new power, gas, cable and telephone services. Relocation of existing utilities. Arrange temporary utilities.

Coordinate low voltage, security, audio / video, IT, fixtures, furniture, and equipment with selected general contractor.
CONTRACTOR
SELECTION
Identify, qualify, solicit bids, evaluate and negotiate contract terms with general contractors during pre-construction phase.
CONSTRUCTION
MANAGEMENT
Manage general contractor, vendor and suppliers during the construction process. Coordinate scheduling, respond to information requests, change order management and pay application reviews and approval. Periodic reporting and photos for distribution and documentation.
PUNCHLIST, TURNOVER,
& CLOSEOUT
Generate a punch list upon completion of construction. Coordinate correction of deficiencies, transfer project to operational users. Point of contact between operations, contractors and vendors for warranty issues. Finalize all paperwork, pay applications and punch lists for project closeout.
QUALITY
ASSURANCE
Routinely perform site visits to monitor design and construction activities to ensure all plans and specifications are being met. Ensure customer’s image is being properly and professionally portrayed.
ZONING & PERMIT
COORDINATION
Work with civil engineers and municipalities to ensure compliance. Ensure proper submissions to authorities having jurisdiction for expedited permit approvals.
VALUE
ENGINEERING
Engage all stakeholders during design and pre-construction phases to create more value in both budget and scheduling by offering alternate materials, strategies and sources.
Facility Roll out
management
Complete project management for equipment roll outs across a wide geography including scoping, purchasing, installation and closeout with effective communication throughout the process.
