The reVISION Group provides complete program management for Biscuitville’s development program. We were selected for our ability to offer turn-key services to implement their new brand image on both existing stores and new development. Biscuitville Fresh Southern is a family-owned chain of quick service restaurants that specializes in freshly made southern breakfast and lunch foods with 54 locations in North Carolina and Virginia.

Design & Development Process
Our team began by designing and implementing a cloud-based system for managing real estate documents, development milestones, budgeting, bidding, and construction processes. By giving attention to the front end of Biscuitville’s development program, the reVISION Group built the foundation for success of this very aggressive reimage and expansion program.
After setting the backbone of the process, the reVISION Group provided onsite consultation with architects for scope and plan generation. The reVISION Group also managed permitting, budgeting and bidding; as well as coordination of all contractors, vendors and field activities during construction. Upon conclusion of each project we arranged inspections, generated punch lists, conveyed the units to operations and followed warranty issues.

In the last half of 2016, the reVISION Group successfully managed 20 remodels and began development of two new units. 2017 will see the reVISION Group manage 18 remodels and 5-8 new restaurants.
