The reVISION Group acts as an owner representative for Buffalo Wild Wings nationwide on their redesign programs. Our construction managers are onsite conducting pre-construction meetings, interacting with landlords and municipalities, acting as the buffer between operations and construction activities, and ensuring quality and brand standards.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
Buffalo Wild Wings remodels are intense – the average remodel shuts down for only 100 hours. During shut down, walls are built, plumbing is rerouted, electrical is relocated, all surfaces are painted, all front of house flooring is replaced and all new décor and furniture is installed.
During this time, the reVISION Group’s onsite representative is coordinating with AV, Point of Sale, Operations, KES Vendors and the general contractor to ensure each task is efficiently completed. At the end of the project, we generate the punch list and return the unit to operations.

The reVISION Group’s critical focus as Buffalo Wild Wing’s onsite construction manager is to ensure adherence to corporate brand standards, manage change orders and return the restaurant to operations as quickly as possible. In 2016 we represented Buffalo Wild Wings on 16 remodels nationwide. Of these 16 remodels, change orders were limited to 2.1% (which is relatively unheard of) and all projects were open on or before the scheduled time.
